An electrical substation for a photovoltaic system is designed to connect the system itself to the national electric net, with processing and delivery of electricity.
Our prefabricated substations in vibrated reinforced concrete (c.a.v) are designed to ensure the protection of electrical equipment contained therein and the safety of the working staff. Peculiarity of this technology is the metal frame, called “Faraday cage”, which is connected to the ground to shield the internal equipment from atmospherics over-voltages
Our substations for photovoltaic systems are assembled, prepared and tested in our factory in full compliance with all relevant regulations, ready to be placed on the construction site.
They consist of one or more c.a.v. boxes, complete with frames and accessories supported on a vibrated reinforced concrete base. This pool-type basement has the function to welcome the passage of cables and containing oils, meanwhile on its side walls numerous pre-split holes are provided to allow an easier entry and exit of MV / LV lines (MT/bt).
On request “turnkey” substations can be supplied, including all mechanical equipment, installation of the project and declarations of conformity.
